PRODUCT INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY

Product availability is subject to stock levels. We make every effort to ensure that our website displays accurate product availability, but we cannot guarantee that items will always be in stock. The product images and descriptions on our website are for reference purposes. We strive to ensure that all product details are accurate, but variations in color, texture, and size may occur due to monitor settings and other factors.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices listed on the website are in INR and are exclusive of taxes and shipping fees, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices, offers, and promotions at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made at the time of placing an order through the available payment methods on our website. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to us during the checkout process is accurate and complete.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are typically shipped within 7-14 business days, with delivery expected within 14 days from the order date. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Modest Arkive is not responsible for any delays caused by external factors such as weather, customs, or economic conditions. For international orders, shipping times may vary, typically taking 15-20 business days.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

We do not offer returns on any orders. We offer a 7-day one time size exchange policy for domestic orders. No returns or exchanges are allowed on international orders. Orders can be modified within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us at info@modestarkive.com. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, but a cancellation fee will apply to all orders. After 12 hours, no cancellations are accepted. Exchanges are possible for the wrong size (within 7 days of delivery) and for defective or incorrect products. For exchanges due to manufacturing faults, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of the fault, such as an unboxing video. Tags must remain intact, and items must be in their original condition to be eligible for exchange.

USER CONDUCT

You agree to use the Modest Arkive website only for lawful purposes and not in any way that may damage, disable, or impair the website’s functioning or interfere with others' use of the website. You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
