RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
NO RETURNS: We do not accept returns on any orders.
As a small brand, our production is done on a made-to-order basis, which is why we are unable to offer returns.
EXCHANGE POLICY: We offer a 7-day one time size exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Exchanges are only accepted for items purchased directly from Modest Arkive and not from other retailers or websites.
Sale or promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales on these items are final.
Exchanges can be initiated by contacting our team at info@modestarkive.com. All tags must remain intact on items intended for exchange.
EXCHANGE POLICY (INTERNATIONAL): We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.
ORDER MODIFICATION: If you have ordered the wrong size, you can modify your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at info@modestarkive.com.
EXCHANGES ARE POSSIBLE IN THE FOLLOWING SCENARIOS (DOMESTIC ORDERS ONLY)
- EXCHANGE FOR INCORRECT SIZE: If you have ordered the wrong size, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. For Exchange Pickup Service, There Is an additional Service Charge of ₹249.
- EXCHANGE FOR WRONG PRODUCT: If we have sent you the wrong product, we will ensure an exchange at no additional cost.
- MANUFACTURING FAULT: At Modest Arkive, we uphold the highest quality standards. If you receive a defective product due to a manufacturing fault, we will replace it within 2 weeks. Once we receive the returned item, our team will contact you to conduct a quality check. If the defect is confirmed, we will remake the item and send you a replacement.
PROOF OF FAULT: To address any manufacturing faults, we require communication within 24 hours of delivery along with a proper unboxing video of the received package.

NOTE: These products are handcrafted, so you may notice extra threads. This is not considered a manufacturing issue. Kindly trim them carefully.

PRODUCT CONDITION: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with undamaged packaging. We do not accept exchanges for items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.
PACKAGING: Please ensure the items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
RETURN SHIPPING COST: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if items are returned after the 7-day exchange period or if they are not in the same condition as they were delivered (unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging).
